DelDOT Data on ADA Construction Inspection Application (ACIA). This is the application in which the Department enters the accessibility data collected during the ADA Inspection. ADA is the acronym for Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 which prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities. Data is filtered for "Active" features.
