The DNREC Beach Preservation Regulated Area dataset depicts the geographic area in a GIS format where locations may be subject to permitting requirements and development restrictions. This dataset is intended for use by property owners, residents, developers, consultants, local governments, and state agencies to better understand the extent of the Beach Preservation Regulated Area.
