These layers were created using a combination of ArcGIS\u2019 Image Classification and raster data editing toolsets. 2012 and 2017 were completed by AIS, 2007 was completed by Sanborn, 2022 was completed by University of Vermont in collaboration with Sanborn. In each case the State provided the vendor with the most current state-wide aerial imagery to develop the impervious surface. A variety of techniques were used for determining whether a pixel was impervious or pervious.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
